Lead by seasoned mindfulness teacher and counsellor, Elizabeth Banks! Drawing on many years of mindfulness and meditation practice and her work in children's mental health, Elizabeth has developed this workshop to equip more kids with evidence based skills and techniques.
This workshop offers engaging activities, interactive games, and creative exercises to nurture focus, relaxation, and self-awareness. Your child will learn mindfulness practices to help them manage emotions, build resilience, and develop valuable life skills.
These workshops are drop off sessions, parents are invited to return for the last 15 minutes of the session as we wrap up and recount all the great work we have done together.
All staff at The Village Health hold all of the relevent child saftey checks and follow rigid child saftey procedures.
