A day to get away from the busyness of the world and to remember (or discover!) what it feels like to pause.We will do thought-provoking exercises, as a group, in pairs and individually. Some will involve discussion, some writing.
We will practice a variety Mindfulness meditations together. 🧘🏿♂️
Share a simple retreat-style lunch together, in Mindfulness. 🥣🍲🥖🍰
Experience periods of silence. 🧘🏽♀️
All of this will take place in a warm, safe and comfortable environment with lots of options to ensure your comfort.
The cost for the day, including lunch and all refreshments is £50. (Payment options are available.) £20 deposit secures your space.
