The Mindfulness Now 8‑Week Programme blends MBSR and MBCT into a practical, evidence‑based course designed for real life. Whether you're completely new or looking to deepen your practice, this supportive group space helps you build lasting wellbeing, emotional resilience, and self‑compassion.
