The workshop includes a lecture about the impact of stress on our bodies and minds and the positive effects of mindfulness and meditation. Joni will guide you in a handful of practices designed to help you emotionally regulate and focus attention, as well as deeper practices to bring unprocessed emotions into a place where you can start to learn to let go.
