Finding Calm in The Golden Years: Mindfulness Made Simple is a free, welcoming workshop open to all community members. Led by a certified Tai Chi instructor, Alicia, this session introduces practical mindfulness techniques that can be easily used in everyday life to help manage stress and promote a sense of calm.
Participants will learn gentle breathing exercises, simple meditation practices, and relaxation techniques designed to reduce tension and quiet the mind. No prior experience is needed, and all exercises will be accessible and adaptable to individual comfort levels.
This workshop offers a supportive, low-pressure environment to slow down, reconnect with the present moment, and gain tools that can be used at home, during daily routines, or whenever stress arises.
