Mindfulness in Nature
Join us for an early evening walk that blends nature, movement, and mindfulness in one of the most beautiful spots on Oʻahu. This guided community experience is part of the Mindful Rebels Collective, our mindfulness membership designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your values, and live with more intention.

We’ll meet at our starting location and take a leisurely barefoot walk to Kailua Beach. Along the way, we will pause for simple mindfulness practices, grounding exercises, and a moment of reflection as the sun sets. At the beach, you can choose to swim, sit quietly, journal, or simply soak in the view. Then we’ll walk back together, feeling refreshed and re-centered.

- Gentle group walk to Kailua Beach and return
- Mindfulness and grounding activities in nature
- Optional sunset swim
- Space to reflect, connect, and recharge
👣 What to Bring:
- Water bottle
- Slippers or sandals (we will walk barefoot on the beach)
- Towel and swimwear (if you’d like to swim)
- Comfortable clothes and a light jacket
This walk is about presence, not performance.
