Join us for the first Mindfulness Hike of 2026! Wind through the ancient cliffs and hardwood forests of Black Rock on a Mindfulness Hike centered on “shelter.” In this place where stone, root, and canopy hold steady against time, we’ll slow our pace and listen for the quiet assurances nature offers: safety, grounding, and room to breathe. Through brief reflections presented by NICHES and A Work in Progress Faith Community, participants will explore how the landscape shelters its animal inhabitants and how it can shelter us, too.
