Welcome to Mindfulness for Teens!
Join us for a relaxing and informative session that will show you that you can control and improve your attention and perception which are key foundational executive function skills. Following the BREATHE curriculum by Patricia C. Broderick PhD, students will learn mindfulness techniques to manage stress, improve focus, and boost overall well-being.
Our event will take place at 132 N Calumet Rd, where you'll meet like-minded teens and experienced instructors ready to guide you on this journey to inner peace.
