Welcome to Mindfulness for Stress - an 8 week course! Join therapist and yoga teacher Kat Beatty at The Todfellows Space for an in-person journey into mindfulness. Throughout these 8 weeks, you will learn techniques which have been proven to calm your mind, reduce stress, and live more in the present moment. You will be guided through mindfulness practices that can be integrated into your daily life. Take this opportunity to invest in your wellbeing and discover the power of mindfulness.
