Join us to celebrate the Grampian Wellbeing Festival with the lovely Rebecca from The Happy Sigh! Rebecca will lead us in an hour of (free!) relaxation, through mindfulness and meditation
Any mother or birthing person who needs a little support with their mental wellbeing is very welcome to join us. You do not have to be a LATNEM Member to attend this event.
Rebecca is a passionate Mindfulness teacher based in Aberdeenshire.
She is committed to teaching mindfulness and well-being and started practicing mindfulness to help with her mental health after experiencing postnatal depression. She began her teacher training with the Mindfulness Association which included a year of beginners training followed by two retreats, one of which took place at Samye Ling Monastry in Scotland. In 2022 she qualified to be a mindfulness teacher.
Since then, she has built her life around helping others discover the joy of meditation. Mindfulness is about learning to live life in the present moment, to appreciate and to build compassion. As her clients develop, they gain the tools to tap into their own thoughts, reactions and emotions empowering them to form their own path towards mindfulness, peace and kindness.
