Redefine your worth to your organisation & enhance your personal happiness.
About this Event

Stress has become synonymous to living in the modern world of fast pace of change and unpredictability. Mastering the ability to adapt has become even more critical in order to survive and thrive. This ability comes from a confident mind that is able to remain calm and focused on options and opportunities in the midst of change, thus playing a greater leadership role in an organization. Mindfulness is an evidence-based approach to reducing stress and maintaining focus with clarity of mind.

In this course, you will explore what stress is, understand the source and triggers of stress and how you can apply mindfulness to reduce the stress level in your life to enhance your work performance. You will also acquire a more mindful approach in communications that will improve work relationships. At the end of the course, you will be redefining your personal self-worth and be equipped with new skills to enhance the value you bring to the organization.
