In this free workshop you will learn what it is, and what it isn’t, using a mix of the theoretical and experiential, in a practice that can change your life.In support of Mental Health Awareness Week, come along and learn about mindfulness techniques that can assist with better mental health.
Jude Mahood is a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher as well as a yoga practitioner. She teaches and runs courses through her company, Suburban Yoga, in Dunedin.
