Come join us in Mindfulness by the Bay (MBTB) to relax and recharge your body and mind through a series of light activities. Take the time to discover and explore the beauty of life, and regain control over your inner harmony.

π Attire: Comfortable casual wear, recommend to wear loose long pants.
