Join the Gratitude Group's Mindfulness Book Club. This month's book selection is by the Zen Master/Global Spiritual Leader/Poet/Peace activist;Thich Nhat Hanh. We'll be reading & discussing Thich Nhat Hanh's Peace is Every Step. This book is only around 120 pages, so if you start the book by this weekend, you'll only need to read 5 pages a day to finish the book by May 12th. All are welcomed to join, but it is highly encouraged that you finish the book before our meeting/discussion on May 12th. As you read please highlight, annotate, and/or journal about any excerpts that stand out to you and bring any passage from the book that you'd like to share & discuss with the group.
