About this Event
Before winter comes, we want to highlight the benefits of being in the open and near the sea, and combine that with mindfulness practice. Mindfulness practice helps us to focus on the present moment, this in turn helps us to better manage stress and anxiety.
The event will be a friendly walk and guided mindfulness meditation on the Sandymount beach.
