Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is a practical inspiring and transformative program that can improve self awareness, reduce stress reactivity, reprogram negative thought patterns and improve concentration. It can assist people who are stressed, anxious, depressed or in pain.


The program includes 9 sessions over 8 weeks and includes a weekly two and a half hour class and a full day silent retreat. The first class will be on Thursdays June 6 at 6-8.30pm and the last class will be July 25th. The retreat will be on Saturday July 13, 2024 at Kum Ba Yah retreat, Mount Kiera.


There is free parking at the venue which is also close to public transport.
