The Mindful Based Living Course - 8 weeks to a calmer youThis nourishing course introduces simple, accessible mindfulness and self-compassion practices that help reduce stress, ease emotional overwhelm and bring clarity to everyday life.
You’ll learn how to work with the mind rather than against it - softening old habits that keep you stuck and strengthening your resilience from within.
Class will take place at 11.00am every week at the Cross Barn in Odiham. Please note one class will be held on zoom and the final class will be held at my residence.
It is important to attend at least 6 out of the 8 classes to benefit fully from the course.
