Worrying or anxious or snappy at times?In this 6 week programme we will learn and practice Mindfulness, a practice which has been shown to improve our level of emotional awareness, gratitude, and resilience while reducing over-thinking, rumination, anxiety and depression relapse, suffering from chronic pain, and is of great support to parents or people who have to interact with others and manage a stressful life.

6 week adult training
In person Wednesdays starting 10th July at 7pm with possible online option Fridays.
Weekly topics:
Week 1- Autopilot life and intro to mindfulness
Week 2- Dealing with worry and anxiety
Week 3- React vs Respond
Week 4- Mindful movement, sound and healing
Week 5- Empathy and compassion
Week 6- Happiness
The course and trainer are accredited by the EFT & Mindfulness Centre in the UK.
