About this Event
As we step into the new year, I invite you to begin with presence and intention.
Join us for the first sound bath of 2026 on January 28th, from 6:30–7:30 pm, at the historic Wistariahurst Museum. This gathering offers a moment to celebrate the gentle transition of the season and to set an intention for listening more deeply, moving more slowly, and living with greater awareness. ✨
Surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments, you’ll be held in a warm, grounding embrace. As nature continues to invite us inward, this immersive sound bath offers space to release stress, soften your energy, and settle into deep rest and renewal.
Led by Donnabelle Casis of SonorousLight™, this session is intuitively guided and uniquely crafted to support this seasonal threshold—restoring balance, nurturing well-being, and helping you reconnect with your inner rhythm as the year gently unfolds.
