Join instructor Amanda Parparian to explore the intersection of art and mindfulness as a tool for self-care. Each session provides a calming, comfortable space for participants to engage in creative activities that promote presence and awareness of the present moment. By focusing on the here and now, participants will learn to connect with their emotions, thoughts, and sensations through different artistic mediums.Connect with nature by creating art from natural materials found during a mindful walk. Use leaves, sticks, stones, and other natural elements to inspire creativity and awareness of the environment.
This class is part of our Adult Learning Program.
Classes are $40 for members, $50 for nonmembers
