Come along to this brand new group, designed so those who need silence and tranquillity can enjoy an hour of guided practice, giving the option to leave before tea or staying to connect with other meditators.
The sessions are primarily experiential with only a brief teaching input each week. We will enjoy 2 guided practices, with a short teaching or reading mid-way through. We have chairs and a range of meditations cushions, and can support you to find a comfortable posture. Each week includes a digital handout, an online guided meditation, and tips for home practice.
