When we practice mindfulness, we find ourselves in the generous present moment, able to navigate through life with a sense of calmness and clarity. In this educational and experiential workshop you will:
• Develop a clear understanding of mindfulness and somatic awareness and how you can experience the healing benefits in your daily life
• Learn breath awareness and breathing techniques to help you achieve presence and emotional regulation
• Be guided in several meditations that cultivate a deep sense of self awareness
• Experience mindful movement exercises that cultivate connection between mind and body
• Be provided with practice logs, techniques, and meditation scripts that you can use in your own practice of ongoing mindfulness and somatic awareness
