Mindfulness & Movement for Homeschoolers
For kids ages 5 – 12
Give your child the gift of calm, focus, and joyful movement in this special program designed just for homeschoolers. Through playful yoga-inspired breathwork and mindful movement, children will build tools for focus, self-regulation, and wellbeing—all while having fun in a supportive community.
What Kids Will Experience:

Class Details
- Led by: Valerie DeWitt, E-RYT, RCYT
– 20+ years of yoga instruction for children and families - When: Fall Fridays, 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
– October 3, November 14, December 12 - Where: The Peacemaker
8100 SW 81 Drive, Second Floor - Cost: Donation-based ($11 – $33 per class)
