Mindfulness and musical forest bathing at Bogstad with Tal Coleman & Jannicke Wiel

Welcome to a special evening in the woods by Bogstad hovedgård with musician and sound healer Tal Coleman and yoga teacher Jannicke Wiel. Nature can heal and strengthen us. When we open our minds and are in the present moment, we can receive even more of the gifts of the Earth, trees, plants and air. Through different mindfulness practices, guided by Jannicke, we are going to open ourselves to be in nature and connect with the elements of nature in new ways. Tal will bring her instruments to let us experience how sound and music interacts with nature and allow us to communicate with the plants. She will also bring a unique device from Damanhur, which is called “music of the plants”, which translates the electromagnetic pulses from the plants into music, thereby allowing us to connect, communicate and make music with the plants. Jannicke will invite you to find your own way of listening to the trees.
The price kr. 750 includes dinner in the woods.
