About this Event
When we care for ourselves, we can better care for our students. Take an intentional break and join us for a retreat created specifically for educators. Our day will be full of mindfulness, movement, community, fun and nourishment. The day will be crafted with an intention that you will leave with a full cup, and with tools and resources to keep your cup full this school year. Everyone is welcome regardless of previous experience with mindfulness and/or yoga.
Practices will include:
* Gentle yoga - to help us center ourselves and clear stress.
* Guided loving kindness meditation
* Walking meditation
* Contemplation
* Deep relaxation
* Community connection
Students can expect:
* Time to meaningfully connect with others
* Time to have space and silence
* Tools to cultivate a healthy, calm nervous system
* A beautiful location in nature that feels like a true retreat
* A small group with experienced facilitators and guides
* A delicious, healthy lunch
Please send all questions to: [email protected].
