We all take on imperceptible feelings of stress throughout our daily lives, keeping us feeling stuck in fight and flight and preventing us from embracing our authentic selves. These mindfulness and embodiment groups support you in gradually dissolving feelings of stress and reconnecting with your body. Helping you reset your nervous system, releasing stored tension, and building embodied confidence and acceptance.
Please bring your own bolster (meditation cushion) and yoga mat if you have them. It may also be useful to bring a journal.
