A wonderful day of wellbeing and connection, featuring mindfulness practices, nature walk and calming creative activities. A healthy, nourishing lunch and all drinks and snacks will be provided, as well as all the art materials you will need for the activities.The day will include:
* Mindfulness and self compassion practices to settle the mind and support inner calm
* A relaxing art walk filled with imaginative activities that ignite your creativity
* Create your own miniature ‘book in a box’ to take home using collage materials and beautiful vintage postage stamps
* Delicious, warming vegetarian food with hot drinks, ginger shots, smoothies and snacks included
The day will be guided by Ellie Kortland & Alison Waters:
- Ellie is an experienced mindfulness, compassion and restorative yoga teacher at The Mindful Smile Company
- Alison is a local ceramic artist with a wealth of experience in delivering arts for wellbeing sessions.
The cost of the day including all food, drinks, snacks and art materials is £85.

We can also provide gift vouchers in case you would like to gift a place to a friend for Christmas!
