Now is your chance to dive deep into this present moment and learn the how-to’s of some fundamentals like “letting go” and “being present”!

This 8 week class is designed to transcend habitual thinking patterns that lead to stress and anxiety. These same patterns, when left unchecked can even lead to depression.
Mindfulness, with roots in ancient Buddhist theory, is a modern Western version of a wise and well worn understanding of the mind’s workings. **Please note, you don’t have to have clinical anxiety or depression to benefit from Mindfulness practices - these practices deeply benefit absolutely everyone!!
This 8 week program will run from 3/19-5/14 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
Each week’s session will include a Mindfulness meditation practice, teaching, and discussion. In addition to the 90 min of class time per week, you will be expected to participate in daily practices in between class on your own time.
It’s in the daily practice where the seeds of transformation take root and grow!
By the end of 8 weeks, you’ll be intimately connected with a wealth of inner resources that are completely your own!
