Through guided meditation, journaling, mindful movement, and community connection, each gathering builds upon the last—supporting you in honoring where you’ve been, grounding you in what matters most, and aligning your goals with your values.

Each session includes time for connection and tea, guided meditation, reflective journaling, and mindful activities. The March gathering expands into a longer, immersive experience with gentle movement, inner child play, community conversation, and a closing sound bath.

The series is designed to build upon itself, so attending all three sessions is encouraged.
A recorded option is available if you can’t attend live. Recordings are accessible for 30 days after each workshop.
Your ticket includes access to a private Facebook group for community connection, reflection prompts, and accountability.
