About this Event
A gentle yet deep way of working the body to create space in your joints, bring life to your spine and develop a wonderful sense of being more connected to the earth through mindful movement and breath awareness.
I believe that every body can you do yoga and mindfulness. My classes are aimed most specifically for those who think "I can't do yoga" or who think "I'm too old/big/stiff to do yoga" or "yoga & mindfulness just aren't for me"
My classes can support you to:
- Feel more aware and alive
- Feel more connected to your breath
- Be able to move easily and effortlessly
- Feel fresh and rejuvenated in your mind and body
- Gain a greater sense of balance both physically and mentally
- Feel calmer
- Have a clearer sense of mind
- Feel less stressed and more able to deal with difficulties
- Feel listened to and have your needs met within the session

Cost:
Cost for the 12 week term is £120. You can pay two blocks of £60 if that is easier, or pay £12 drop in rate.
One to one yoga therapy, small group sessions and workshops are also available.
