Sunday mornings just got a little sweeter.
Enjoy a morning flow that allows you to relax, restore, and re-center. The breath will be a focus as you explore a more mindful practice inspired by yin yoga, deep stretch, and slow flow yoga.
Meditation is motion will be followed by meditation in stillness where you will be guided through visualization and mindfulness based meditations by trained facilitators. No meditation or yoga experience is required, come be curious and try something new :)
This is a bi-weekly, 75 minute experience. Come as you are and enjoy this gift of presence in the park while we take a moment to step away from our busy lives and intentionally slow down together.
What to bring: Comfy clothes, water, yoga mat (or other) and an open mind
Where to find us: We'll be at the Freedom Park Amphitheatre, meeting on the stage
