Relax and unwind with our experienced instructor Sarah, with a day of mindful woodland exploration. The session will include breath work, gentle movement & mindfulness meditation, a walk and simple nature crafts. There will also be time for you to simply enjoy time spent quietly in nature.Each day will start at 10.30am and continue until 2.30pm. Choose from the options below.
Please dress for being outdoors, bring a drink and a packed lunch.
These events are part of our Silver Saplings Programme and are kindly subsidised by our funders therefore all you need to pay is a non-refundable booking fee of £10 per person
