Join Anne from Create Harmony on a mindful walk around the grounds of Brading Roman Villa.Pause, breathe and connect as we take a mindful walk around the nature trail, noticing what you can see, hear, smell and touch. We will pause at the top of the path to observe the views, pay attention to our surroundings and do a short meditation to settle us into the moment and connect us with our senses. We’ll enjoy a breathing technique to enhance and deepen our breath, for feelings of well-being, before continuing along the path being mindful of our steps and the scenery around us.
