👋 Hi, I'm Viorica! I welcome you to deepen your self-care practice with our Mindful Wednesday session, focusing on restorative practices that nurture the mind and heart.
This session is dedicated to creating a holistic experience that promotes inner calm and emotional resilience, and deepens self-awareness and self-acceptance through mindfulness and compassion.

What You'll Get: Mindfulness and Compassion Circle (60 minutes)
Step into a supportive space where you can consciously slow down and reconnect with yourself. This session uses gentle, accessible practices to cultivate loving-kindness and grounding presence in the middle of your week.
The practices can include but are not limited to:
- Compassion & Loving Kindness: Practices to cultivate warmth and gentleness toward yourself and others.
- Breathwork (Pranayama): Techniques for soothing the nervous system.
- Meditation: Guided practice for grounding and presence.
- Mindful Movement: Gentle, intentional movement to connect with the body.
- Mindful Looking: To enhance appreciation for the present moment and sharpen focus.
- Mindful Eating: To savour the experience, increase awareness of hunger/satiety cues, and cultivate a healthier relationship with food

- Day and Time: Wednesdays, 11:00 – 12:00 (60 minutes)
- Sambodhi Studio, Sala 1.
- Language: English (with some Romanian when needed)
