Are you curious about the Buddha’s teachings on mindfulness and wish to apply them in daily life? Join us for a gentle, guided walk through the Singapore Botanic Gardens, perfect for young working adults aged 20–40.
This experience invites you to explore mindfulness through direct experience, grounding yourself in the sensations of the body and learning to be fully present in your body with a sense of peace and letting go. Rooted in the Buddha's teachings, we’ll end with a touch of metta (goodwill) meditation, rejoicing in our own practice and extending goodwill to all beings.
