Manuela, born in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil, pursued a promising corporate career in São Paulo. However, stress led her to reevaluate her life.

After four years of reflection, she transitioned to mindfulness and singing bowl practices.

Now based in Singapore, she's a certified mindfulness teacher, helping others find balance and inner peace.

Her journey exemplifies resilience and purpose-driven living, inspiring countless lives.
