About this Event
Begin your weekend with a Friday evening Sound Bath surrounded by beautiful art at The Space Montclair, guided by Attentive Wellness and Tru Soul Power. Imagine an hour of release and relaxation where we will begin with grounding breathwork and meditation, then immerse you in a calming soundscape of chimes, crystals, and bronze singing bowls. We will close our time together with gentle movement to integrate your experience. This session is open to all, no prior experience is necessary.
