Mental health is just as important as physical health and like physical health, it thrives with care and connection. Join the District Council of Grant next month at a free Mindful Reverse Colouring event with Susan Briffa as part of Mental Health Month.
Start with a page of colours and simply add lines, doodles or shapes. No art skills needed, just your imagination! 🖌🎨
Two events will be held between 10:30am and 11:30am:
• Sunday 12 October 2025 at the Allendale East Public Hall
• Sunday 26 October 2025 at the Tarpeena Football Club Rooms
