This fairly short 45 minute resistance band practice is meant to boost body awareness, activate appropriate muscles improve your body strength, increase mobility, and add functional movement pattern of push and pull. You’ll discover how bands can help your body adapt toward resilience, flexibility, and precision. Each week this practice will bring a mix of cardiovascular intensity, resistance band work and a mindful yoga approach. Don’t mistake this class for easy, but it will absolutely be worth it!
