This class is held at a nonprofit gym for veterans. Using the principles of Veteran's Yoga Project, we focus on gratitude, acceptance, intention, breath and movement to foster post-traumatic growth. This is an evidence-based practice. This class is open to veterans and veteran spouses/partners.
The Veteran would need to become a member of the gym ($19.95/month and scholarships are available for those who can not pay). This grants the veteran full access to the gym facility and services and will also allow their spouse/partner to attend yoga sessions with a signed liability waiver. To become a member please enroll at the front desk during business hours.
