About this Event
Mindful Relating
Are you longing for more meaningful and authentic connections?
Do you want to improve your interpersonal communication and the quality of your relationships?
Are you looking for a growth-oriented space where you can unfold your potential?
If you answered yes to any of these questions then Mindful Relating is for you.
Mindful relating (Circling, Relatfulness, Authentic Relating) is a set of practices that foster authenticity, vulnerability, and connection. Unlike, typical ways of relating which pull us away to the past or the future, mindful relating emphasizes what is most alive for us in the present moment.
These practices teach us how to be honest and compassionate even during difficult interactions. They help us increase our self-awareness, connect to our deepest desires, create healthy boundaries, and become more emotionally mature. In short, they allow us to have a more conscious relationship with ourselves, others, and the world.

Meet Your Facilitator
Hello, I’m Artem Zen. I’m a developmental coach, certified Circling facilitator & host of the Elevating Consciousness podcast.
My life and work are propelled by the belief that the quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives.
With nearly a decade of committed meditation practice and several years of mindful relating experience, I strive to hold all my interactions from a place of attuned presence.
Some things to keep in mind
Mindful relating does not force you to share anything you don’t want to share. You can share as much or as little as you feel called to.
Mindful relating is not therapy. Although many report finding healing through these practices that is not to be expected.
If you plan to attend it is expected that you are an adult who can take responsibility for your emotions and triggers.
The event will be held in a beautiful psychotherapy office but once again this practice is not therapy and I’m not a mental health professional.
Side effects of this practice may include but are not limited to profound shifts in consciousness, euphoria, vulnerability hangovers, improved relationships, and an increased intimacy with reality.
There are only 10 spots available if you feel called secure your spot now.
