About this Event
Welcome to sloooow evening. Tonights journey will take us both to the heat and the fire of Mother Earth, and to our own inner heart and it's fire and warmth.
I invite you to think of it as a gift to yourself.
It is my hope that you will leave with deep feelings of gratitude and connection, to yourself, to each other, and to the planet.
We will begin the evening by landing in our bodies and the space in silence and med intention. We will then share ceremonial cacao, focusing on where we are in the moment, and how that is for us. We will allow ourselves to give thanks to those before us, and to the planet. We will set a group, as well as a personal, intention as we drink, together.
After that I will lead participants on a nice long inner journey/guided meditation, where we take our time, see the small things, see the beauty, allowing us to reconnect with our bodies, and our inner images of Mother Earths heat, fire, and love for us all. And to our own personal inner heat, fire and love that is within us, our bodies, our hearts.
When the journey is over, we will use the Systemic Constellation method, developed by Bert Hellinger, to allow us to visually reconnect to our inner images from the journey.
Slowly, and in reverence for what we have experienced.
We will close the evening by offering a few words of gratitude for the moment, said aloud, for all to hear.
Who am I?
I am Anna. A 59 year old woman sliding into her position of Elder. I have a deep reverent connection to the Earth. I believe she, and everything on it, is sentient. I have talked to the wind, the rain, the bugs, the birds, flowers and trees (you know, everything actually) since childhood. I have been a registered nurse for over 30 years, a Certified Systemic Constellations Facilitator with over 20 years "in the field", and Waldorf pre-school teacher for 10 now. And o so many other things.
My whole life I have felt and known things others did not. As a child it was confusing. I had my first awakening as a teen, when I realized I was not alone in a birch forest. I have had many other deeply moving meetings with my indigenous ancestors over the years of Systemic Constellation work, and during a near death experience in July of 2022, I had a dimensional shift.
A cacao ceremony a few months after that changed everything. I woke up the day after and saw clearly what direction my work needed to move. This is it, combining my love for storytelling and inner journeys, for embodiment, for healing, for living in the moment, for ritual and the sacred, and for Mother Earth.
