Join us for a relaxed and uplifting evening of mindful breathing, meaningful conversation, and delicious food. This is a time to enjoy some space for yourself and connect with like-minded people in a welcoming, friendly atmosphere.At around 4:15pm we will enjoy a short meditation to settle in. After that, we'll have some discussion, followed by share food - potluck-style. Kindly bring only vegetarian food to share in the spirit of mindful, wholesome eating.
