Welcome to a transformative mindful nature experience at The Grounds of Livev, where early spring's awakening energy guides us through moments of profound connection and renewal. As the landscape stirs with new life, we'll witness the first spring flowers pushing through the earth, early blooming trees preparing their buds, and returning birdsong filling the morning air. This 2.5-hour journey offers a peaceful midweek escape through the restorative practice of nature & forest therapy, also known as forest bathing (inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku).
About This Journey
Led by certified nature and forest therapy guide Ilana Rubin of Kindred Nature, this early spring session invites you to experience the unique awakening rhythms of The Grounds' diverse landscape. Through gentle sensory invitations and mindful nature connection practices, you'll discover how spring's renewing energy can inspire your own sense of growth and possibility while experiencing nature therapy's science-backed benefits of reduced stress, restored mental clarity, and enhanced creativity.

- Connect and share reflections as part of a supportive community
