EACH is launching a project Connect for Health Ealing for promoting the well-being of physical and mental health in Ealing borough.
If you are living in Ealing Borough and struggling with the mental health issues ( or physical health issue regarding mental health) , these activities can help you to practice you mind and get more information and resource to cope with this situation.

EACH was established in 1991 as Ethnic Alcohol Counselling in Hounslow to address the gap in selling service provision for people from minority communities. It was the first Asian specific community-based alcohol service to be established in UK and a pioneer in the provision of culturally sensitive alcohol services.
We have been helping people affected by drugs and alcohol, mental health issues, violence and abuse to sustain positive change, remain safe and lead meaningful lives since 1991.
We are a leading voluntary organisation based in London, providing holistic and culturally sensitive services empowering and supporting people to improve their health and wellbeing.
We are needs-led and our services are developed in response to the issues experienced by our local communities.
We reach out to people who need our services through community engagement and satellite services - recognising there are many barriers to accessing vital support services, particularly for people from diverse linguistic, cultural and religious communities.
