Come join me at the Robina Farmers Market for a chill morning of sipping on matcha, chatting with SOULful likeminded mindful mumma's on all things mindset, mindfulness & wellness! Bring the kiddies, come alone or with a friend, most people are coming on their own with kids so i will have to question prompt cards (phrases from our meditation or questions that align with them) that can help start kick start diving into some beautiful deep conversation with your new found friends, we will allow some time to warm up with the with strangers with some small talk, then whip out our cue cards lol.. and save the strain on the brain to think of something of more small talk ... ** We will meet 10 am at the The Oatopia (@theoatopia) • Instagram photos and videos stand... isn't it beautiful? ...
