A group for ages 10-12 years which teaches children about regulating their emotions through activities, nature and connection. Some of the things your child will learn include:How to name their feelings
How to express their feelings in a positive way
Mindfulness and how to be present in nature
*Group activities, drop off and pick up will take place at Polson Park.*
This is a free group, however participants must pre-register. Space is limited. *A pre-group interview is required to confirm registration.*
