YOGA&FLOW with Midori
Our Yoga&Flow session focuses on connection between Breath, Movement & Mind. This class incorporates yoga postures, cool beats, gentle movement sequences, breath work, and moments for mindful meditation.
You’ll finish this yoga session feeling strong, focused, balanced and energized in your body - calm and at peace in your mind.
This class is accessible to all Yoga and Fitness levels. Bring your yoga mat. will provide while supplies last.

A fun class that uses repetitive movements to develop the body through muscular efforts that stem from the core.
This Pilates class is focused on improving physical strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness through controlled movements.

BUSSDOWN FITNESS - with Kate & Pami
Grab your Water Bottle and Towel because its going to get super sweaty in this workout! Our Bussdown HipHop Class is a great Cardio Workout that focuses on fusing musical rhythms and effective hiphop dance movements together to create a dynamic 500+ calorie-burning workout that is fun, guaranteed to boost energy levels and build endurance. We use a series of fluid dance motions that focus on strengthening and sculpting our body, while shaking it to the beat!
CLASS TIME: 11:15pm - 12:00pm
You don’t need to be a pro to join any of these classes; Just bring good energy, a positive attitude, and have a good time.
