This 50-minute session blends gentle movement, mindfulness, and meaningful moments of community:

- Mindful Movement: Flow through soft, intuitive movements that help release tension and foster a sense of freedom and connection with your body.
- Reflective Sharing: Gather in a supportive circle to reflect and share experiences (if you feel called to) while connecting with like-minded women.
No prior experience with meditation or movement is needed—this is a space for you to simply come as you are.
