On Sunday July 7 and July 21 in BMO Atrium from 8:30 am – 9:30 am. All participants must bring a yoga mat with them to each class. Please register to reserve your spot, limited drop in spaces available
With nearly 15 years of yoga practice, Sanaz has delved deep into the profound connection between life force and the physical body. Recognizing breath as the bridge linking life to consciousness, she witnessed how yoga unites the body with thoughts and emotions, bringing transformative effects on physical ailments, pain, and anxiety. Inspired by these experiences, Sanaz is driven to share yoga's benefits with others. Prioritizing well-being, she believes that spending time in nature is paramount. Studies confirm its ability to strengthen the immune system and improve cardiovascular and metabolic health. In these classes, held within the tranquil environment of Evergreen Bricks, participants find a welcoming and supportive atmosphere to connect with their mind, body, and soul. Each session is thoughtfully designed to induce a sense of lightness and grounding. Participants are encouraged to explore their boundaries while maintaining a lighthearted approach, ensuring everyone departs with a profound sense of serenity and well-being.
